Data Addendum

This Data Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the agreement between Pixigen (“Processor”) and the customer (“Controller”) using the Service, and describes how personal and business data is processed.

1. Roles

For the product and customer data you provide, you act as the Controller and Drezily acts as a Processor that processes data on your documented instructions to provide the Service.

2. Scope of processing

• Categories of data: product content (images, titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, SKUs, metadata) and account identifiers (name, email, phone).
• Purpose: to enrich catalogs, generate images and copy, and import/export to connected platforms.
• Duration: for the term of your account, then per the Privacy Policy.

3. Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors to provide the Service, including cloud hosting, object storage, and AI model providers. Sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations consistent with this Addendum. A current list is available on request.

4. Confidentiality & security

Personnel with access to your data are bound by confidentiality. We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate legal transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.

6. Data subject requests

We will assist you, taking into account the nature of processing, in responding to requests from individuals to exercise their rights.

7. Breach notification

We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.

8. Deletion & return

On termination, we will delete or return your data as instructed, except where retention is required by law.

9. Audits

On reasonable request, we will make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Addendum.
