Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pixigen (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pixigen helps merchants enrich product catalogs with AI-generated attributes, copy, and on-model images, and import/export catalogs to connected platforms such as Shopify.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure. One account is associated with your store; you may not access another store’s data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the product content you upload or connect (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service — including sending it to AI providers to generate your results.

You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Don’t misrepresent AI-generated images or copy in violation of law.

5. Plans, quota & billing

The Service may offer free and paid plans with usage limits (for example, a number of product enrichments). Pricing and limits are shown in the app and may change. Paid features are billed as described at purchase.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect a platform such as Shopify, your use of that platform is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding Your Content, is owned by Drezily and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

• AI-generated images are not exact replicas. On-model and other generated images are recreations of your product, not photographs of it. They may differ from the original item in small ways — for example rare colour differences or minor variations in sizing, fit, or drape. Review every image before publishing it to your storefront.
• Processing in global data centres. Your product data is processed in data centres located in various countries, which may be outside the country where you or your store are based. This processing does not include personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy and Data Addendum for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drezily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
