Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every account gets five product enrichments free, with the full feature set and no card required. The free allowance is granted once and does not renew.
Do unused enrichments roll over?
On every paid plan, unused enrichments roll over for one month.
What if an enrichment fails?
Retrying a failed product is free — it does not spend another enrichment.
How do I pay?
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's own app billing. Selling on another platform? Contact us and we will set up your plan.
