No. Nothing is published until you review and push it, and every sync type has its own switch.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. To display attribute metafields on product pages you can use your theme's editor, but it is optional.
What happens if I disconnect?
Your products and enrichments stay in Pixigen. You can reconnect at any time.
